How DigiVCard360 collects, uses and protects your information.

Last updated: 30 September 2026. This policy applies to digivcard360.in ("DigiVCard360", "we", "us"), operated by Right Win Medias, 195- Anthonipuram, Suramangalam, Salem 636 005, Tamil Nadu, India. Website: https://rightwinmedias.com. Email: info.rwm@gmail.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and password when you register.
  • Card content: everything you add to your card, such as photo, business name, phone, WhatsApp number, email, address, products, prices, videos and links.
  • Messages from visitors: when someone uses the "Contact me" form on a card, we collect their name, phone number and message. When someone reports a card, we collect the reason, message and any contact detail they choose to give.
  • Usage counts: how many times a card is viewed and which buttons are clicked (for example Call or WhatsApp). We keep these as counts by day.
  • Technical data: browser type, device type and IP address, used for security and to prevent spam.
  • Payment details: payments are handled by our payment partner. We receive your order and payment status but do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

2. How we use it

  • To create, show and manage your digital card.
  • To send account, order, plan renewal and support emails.
  • To show you view and click statistics for your cards.
  • To review reports, prevent misuse and keep the service safe.
  • To improve the service.

3. What is public

Anything you put on your card is visible to anyone who has your link. Do not add information you do not want to share. If your card carries a Verified badge, that is also visible.

4. Contact form and leads

Messages sent through a card's Contact form are stored on our site and emailed to the card owner. The card owner is responsible for how they use that information. Visitors should not send sensitive personal information through the form.

5. Reports

Reports about a card may be reviewed by our team and may be shared with the card owner, without the reporter's contact details unless needed by law.

6. Review pages, AI help and QR codes

  • Review pages: when a customer uses a business's review page, we count page views, copies and clicks to Google. If they choose "tell us privately", we store the name, contact and message they enter and send it to the business owner. We do not keep the review text a customer writes, which they post on Google themselves.
  • AI help: the stars, the points a customer taps and any short note are sent to an AI service (Anthropic) to write a draft review. Business owners also use it to write reply drafts. Please do not type sensitive personal information into these boxes.
  • QR codes: for dynamic QR codes we count scans by day and by device type (Android, iOS or other). We do not store IP addresses or locations for scans.
  • QR codes you create: the details you enter (for example a Wi-Fi password or UPI ID) are stored so you can edit and download the code. Static QR codes contain this information inside the code itself, so anyone who scans it can read it.
  • Google: review links open Google, which has its own privacy policy.

7. Pitch Studio (networking presentations)

We store your account details (name, email and optionally mobile number, chapter or group and company), the details you type or speak to keep your profile, which link you joined from, and your last 15 saved presentations, so that you can use them again. This text is sent to an AI service to write your presentation. If you use the Speak button in Chrome, your browser may send your voice to Google's speech service to turn it into text. We do not receive or store your audio. If you turn on weekly reminders, we use your email address to send them, and every email has a link to stop them. If you upload a logo for printed presentations, we store it. If someone is a chapter leader, they can see the names, companies and usage counts of members of their chapter, but not email addresses, phone numbers or presentations.

8. Refund requests

When you ask for a refund, we keep your request, the reason you give and our reply, together with your order details, for our records and for tax and legal reasons.

9. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We use trusted service providers to run the service, such as:

  • web hosting (Hostinger) and email delivery services;
  • WooCommerce and our payment gateway, to process plan payments;
  • a QR code image service that turns your card link into a QR code;
  • YouTube, for videos you add to your card;
  • Google, for the optional "find my business" search in Review Booster, if switched on;
  • an AI service (Anthropic), used only when you click "Write my text with AI". The points you type in that window are sent to it to write your text;
  • form and booking tools we may use on our Contact page (such as FormRobin and Zcal).

These providers have their own privacy policies. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our users and our service.

10. Website analytics and the WhatsApp button

We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to see how many people visit our site and which pages they use. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move and click on our pages (for example screen recordings and heatmaps) so that we can improve the site. Clarity hides what you type into forms. These tools may set cookies. If you tap the WhatsApp button, your message goes to us on WhatsApp and includes the name and address of the page you were on, so that we know where your enquiry came from. Our sites digivcard360.in, rightwinmedias.com and fnf360.in are run by the same company, Right Win Medias.

11. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your cart and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but some features may not work.

12. How long we keep data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your cards at any time. To delete your account, email us and we will remove your data, except records we must keep for tax, payment or legal reasons.

13. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your data, but no online service can be completely secure. Please use a strong password.

14. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to withdraw your consent, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable Indian law.

15. Children

Our service is not meant for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
