How to Create Your Digital Card
Follow these simple steps. Most people finish in about 10 minutes.
Register or log in
Click Login / Register in the top menu. Create a free account with your name, email and a password. After you log in, you will land on the My Digital Card page.
Start a new card
On My Digital Card, click + Create new card. The Free plan includes 1 card. Pro includes 3 and Business includes 10.
Pick a template (optional)
At the top you will see buttons such as Salon, Doctor, Shop, Tutor, Photographer, Real estate, Restaurant and Freelancer. Click the one closest to your business and it fills in sample text, products and a matching design. Change anything you like.
Add your details
Fill in the boxes:
- Name, job title, company and tagline.
- Phone and WhatsApp. Write the WhatsApp number with the country code and no spaces or plus sign, for example 919876543210.
- Email, website, address and your social media links.
Write your About text with AI
Click ✨ Write my text with AI. A small window opens:
- Type your business or profession and your city.
- Write your key points, one per line, for example Bridal makeup, Open 9 AM to 8 PM, Home service available.
- Choose a style (Friendly, Professional, Premium or Simple) and a language (English, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada).
- Click Generate, read the result, then click Use this text. It fills your tagline and About box.
Add your photo or logo
Upload a clear photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, under 2 MB). No photo or logo yet? Click 🖼 Make a logo image, type your name or brand, pick a colour and click Use this image. It creates a neat round logo from your initials.
Add your products or services
Type each product name and price, and upload a photo for it. Click + Add product for more rows. Free allows 3 products. Pro and Business allow 8. Each product gets an Order on WhatsApp button.
Add videos, reviews and enquiries
- YouTube videos: paste links, one per line (Pro and Business).
- Google review link: shows a button for customers to review you.
- Contact me form: tick the box to let visitors send you a message. You get it by email and it is saved on My Digital Card.
Choose a design and colour
Pick one of the designs and an accent colour. Free includes 3 designs, and Pro and Business include all 8. Watch the preview change as you choose.
Save and get your link
Click Save card. Back on My Digital Card, click View / share link to open your card. Your link looks like digivcard360.in/card/yourname.
Share it everywhere
Click 📲 Share on WhatsApp to send a ready message, or Copy message to paste it anywhere. Your card page also has a QR code you can print for your shop board and visiting card.
Keep it up to date
Click Edit on your card any time. Your link never changes. Pro and Business users can open 📊 Last 14 days to see views and clicks. You can download your leads in Excel, and ask for a Verified badge on a paid plan.
Using your own domain name
A custom domain lets your card open at your own web address, such as johnsalon.com, instead of digivcard360.in/card/johnsalon. It is available on the Business plan and we help you set it up.
Get a domain name
Buy one from any domain seller, for example GoDaddy, Namecheap or Hostinger. Choose a short name that is easy to say and spell.
Tell us your domain
On the Business plan, open your card, type the domain in the Custom domain box (for example johnsalon.com) and save. We receive your request by email.
Point it to us
We email you the exact DNS settings to add where you bought the domain. If you are not sure how, send us a message and we will guide you.
We approve it
Once the domain is working and secure (https), we switch it on. DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes up to 24 hours.
