1. The service

We let you create and share digital business cards and mini web pages.

2. Your account

You must give correct information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3. Your content

You own what you post. You allow us to display it as part of your card. You must have the right to use all photos, videos and text you add.

4. Not allowed

• Illegal, fake, hateful, adult or misleading content.
• Selling banned or unlawful goods or services.
• Copying others' work or pretending to be someone else.
• Spam, scams or trying to harm the site.

We may pause or remove any card that breaks these rules, without notice.

5. Plans and payments

Free and paid plans are described on our Pricing page. Prices are in Indian rupees and may change with notice. Paid plans renew as shown at checkout until cancelled.

6. Refund and cancellation

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: [for example, full refund within 7 days of first purchase if the service was not used; no refunds after that].
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within [7-10] working days.

7. Service delivery

This is a digital service. Your plan is activated online right after payment. No physical goods are shipped.

8. Pausing and expiry

Cards may be paused or expire if a plan ends, if payment fails, or if these terms are broken.

9. Availability

We try to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what users post on their cards. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last [3] months.

11. Governing law

These terms follow Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts of SALEM, India.
