What is DigiVCard360?
It lets you create a digital business card or mini website with your details, products, photos, videos and WhatsApp buttons. You get one link to share with everyone.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Your card is a web link. It opens on any phone, tablet or computer.
Is it free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you 1 card, 3 products and 3 designs. Pro and Business plans unlock more cards, all designs, videos, reports and more. See our Pricing page.
How do I add my WhatsApp number?
Type it with the country code and no spaces, dashes or plus sign. For India it looks like 919876543210.
How does the AI writing help work?
Click "Write my text with AI" while creating your card. Type your business, city and a few key points. It writes a tagline and an About text. Click "Use this text" to add it, and edit it as you like. The Free plan gives 3 drafts a day and paid plans give 20.
Is the AI text always correct?
No. It only uses the points you give, but it can still make mistakes or sound off. Always read it and fix anything that is not true before you save.
Can the site create images with AI?
It can make a simple round logo from your name or initials. It does not create AI pictures. For real photos or AI pictures, use your own photos or a tool such as Canva, then upload them.
What image types can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP, up to 2 MB each. Square, clear photos look best.
Can customers order from my card?
Yes. Add products with prices and photos. Each one gets an "Order on WhatsApp" button that opens a chat with a ready message.
What is a custom domain?
It is your own web address, such as johnsalon.com, for your card. It is available on the Business plan. You buy the domain, enter it on your card, and we guide you through the setup and switch it on.
How long does a custom domain take?
After you point the domain as we tell you, it can work within minutes or take up to 24 hours. We approve it once it is working and secure.
Can I change my design or details later?
Yes, any time. Your link stays the same.
What happens when my paid plan ends?
Your account returns to the Free plan and its limits. Your details are kept. We send a reminder before your plan ends, so you can renew.
How do I see how many people viewed my card?
On Pro and Business, open My Digital Card and click "Last 14 days" under your card. You will see views and button clicks.
How do I get a Verified badge?
Paid plan users can click "Request Verified badge" under their card. We check that the business is real before giving it.
Someone is misusing a card. What can I do?
Click "Report this card" at the bottom of that card. We review every report and can pause or remove the card.
How can I delete my card or account?
You can delete a card from My Digital Card. To delete your account, email us at info.rwm@gmail.com.
How do I get a refund?
Log in, go to My Account, open Orders and click Request refund. It is available for your first plan purchase within 7 days. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

What is Review Booster?
You get a review page and QR code. Customers tap stars and a few points, an AI helps them put their own experience into words, and they post it on Google themselves. You also get a reply assistant for the reviews you receive.
Do you write reviews for customers?
No. The AI only uses the points the customer picks and does not invent details. The customer edits the draft and posts it themselves. Google does not allow fake or paid reviews.
Can replies be posted automatically?
Not yet. The assistant writes a draft reply and opens your Google reviews page. You paste and post it yourself, so you stay in control.
What is QR Studio?
A tool to create QR codes for websites, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, phone, email, UPI payments and your review page, in your colors and logo. Dynamic QR codes can be edited later and show scan reports.
How do AI credits work?
Each plan includes monthly credits. A credit is used when the AI writes a review draft or a reply. You can buy 100 extra credits for ₹149.
